Detailed description on each Package

  • Full on-site consultation and clinic walk through.
  • Email/Phone Support (response within 7 days)  
  • Basic report from findings from consultation and clinic walk through.
  • Return 6-8 weeks prior to site visit for final walk through with final report of any areas that require attention before site visit.
  • All areas outline that require attention becomes the responsibility of the GP and Clinic Staff to ensure completion.

  • Full on site consultation and clinic walk through.
  • Email/telephone support (response within 5 Business days)
  • Full report from findings from clinic assessment.
  • Support in sourcing basic templates and basic form creation such as posters and signs for waiting room, patient information sheet, suggestion box, etc.
  • The Silver Package does not include assistance with Policy and Procedure Manual.
  • Return approximately 4-6 weeks prior to site visit for final walk through with final report of any areas that require attention before site visit.

  • Full on site consultation and clinic walk through.
  • Unlimited telephone, email, and video conference support (response time is within 2-3 business days)
  • Full report and checklist provided on all areas that require attention in order to meet current RACGP Standards and how Focus plans to complete the areas of need.
  • Basic support in templates, forms and document completion.   Examples include Policy and Procedure Manual, Posters and Signs for waiting room/consultation rooms, Patient information Sheet, Suggestion Box forms, etc.  *Manual not provided, please visit our Disclaimer page for more information.
  • Mock interview and preparation meeting with staff participating with the site visit
  • Final on site meeting approximately 4-6 weeks prior to your site visit

  • Full on site consultation and clinic walk through.
  • Telephone/email support (response time is within 1 business day)
  • Extensive report from findings from site visit.
  • Unlimited support in templates, forms and documents creation (you must supply letterhead and/or logo for this).   Examples include Policy and Procedure Manual, Posters and Signs for waiting room/consultation rooms, Patient information Sheet, Suggestion Box forms, etc.   Please note we do not provide the Policy and Procedure Manual.  Information on this can be found on our Disclaimer page.
  • Mock interview and preparation meeting with staff participating with the site visit.
  • Final on site meeting approximately 4-6 weeks prior to your site visit.
  • IT assessment by third party
  • An additional Final Consult 1-2weeks before accreditation site visit
  • CPR organised by third party for any staff not up to date. 
  • RACGP Accreditation site visit follow up 
  • On site assistance the day of your accreditation (optional)
